We left Port Townsend the next morning and took the Kingston Ferry into Edmonds which put us just outside of Seattle. We drove directly to Paseo for a cuban sandwich. Now i’ve had a lot of sandwiches – and my share of Cuban sandwiches – but this was by far the best. If you’re in Seattle make a point to go, if you’re not in Seattle, go there and go to Paseo.

The next day we had the pleasure of spending some time with good friends Mark and Cynthia for some touring around Seattle, dog walking and general relaxation including a chocolate factory, a beer hall, and some fantastic sushi.
