Bridalveil Runoff

Another part of the runoff of Bridalveil falls. Towards the end of the summer this is a large rocky area that you can climb all over and even all the way up to where the falls break, in the winter/spring it’s hard to navigate without getting a case of wet-foot, or pick up a clinger.
Jason picked up a clinger while we were there… A guy climbed all the way out to where he was shooting pictures and stood directly next to him watching what he was doing. On the same rock even! He then proceeded to climb up the rocks further and into his frame and just stand there making snapshots.
I’ve stopped at this location a few different time in the past (with snow on the ground and without). I think this scene lends itself a little more towards a horizontal orientation. The frames I linked to were made with a 6×7 camera. Either the square doesn’t lend itself to this scene, or I just didn’t use it as well as I could have. (I’m going to go with the latter.)
